Your speaker for this night has all the qualifications to at least sound like he knows what he’s talking about…He’s hosted the Mr. Olympia and Fitness Olympia bodybuilding shows on ESPN, Fox Sports, and TLC. He’s written for Muscle and Fitness and Natural Muscle magazines. Plus, he was a Marine and a personal trainer. Thankfully for anyone that wants to know more about getting or staying in good shape…he’s spent the last 20 years as a stand up comedian. His last CD was up for a Grammy! Finish the pizza in your dorm room and come listen. After all, laughter burns calories.
